CrossFit is a workout form that is a lifestyle. It is characterized by the significance it attaches to safe, well rounded training programs that suit each individual who walks into the training space and the required nutrition that enables you to give it your best on the floor.

     We at CrossFit Mend are dedicated to the cause of making CrossFit workouts- fun, accessible and injury free to ALL of our athletes who are part of our community. Our space is cleaned and sanitized after each session and we are committed to following all the government issued protocols for a safe and healthy workout session that will enable our athletes to have their best training experience whenever they walk into our box.

           At the heart of CrossFit is the importance it attaches to togetherness. This is exactly what we at Mend value above all else as well.

To us, Mend is less about the place and more about the people who come here.

Every second we spend on the floor here, we give it our maximum, and then some more because we sincerely believe that there is nothing more fulfilling and exhilarating than getting better by working together.

SANDEEP GADDE,

Certified CrossFit Trainer | Level 3

A molecular biologist turned CrossFit athlete & coach, ​one amongst only FIVE Level 3 CrossFit Coaches in India. Sandy (as he is called by his athletes) is the founder and head coach at CrossFit Mend based in Hyderabad, India. 

This CrossFit box was started out of his sheer passion for fitness and his drive to make sure everyone of all ages and all backgrounds have a safe space to workout, feel like a part of a strong community and move without getting injured. Sandy is not only a coach of the highest quality but he is also someone who is passionate about making fitness accessible to all. He is the force behind the community at CrossFit Mend and he personally trains and handles Nutrition and Fitness for the community apart from ofcouse being their buddy (once the session is over!).
